AI Papers Atlas — working title · wave 0 draft
AI research, kept current for management, organizations, and strategy.
A curated, verifiable database of research on AI-native organizations, agent organizations, and AI at work — built and maintained with AI, for scholars who cannot afford to read at preprint speed.
Why this exists
The purpose of this site is to use AI to keep up with the most current AI research relevant to our disciplines: management, organizations, and strategy. The research that matters to these fields now appears as preprints, working papers, and field experiments at a pace no reading list, review cycle, or lab webpage keeps up with — and the curation layer between that firehose and organizational scholarship simply does not exist.
So we point the same technology at the problem. Agentic research campaigns sweep the sources; every admitted work carries claim-level evidence with a recorded evidence class, scope, and confidence; independent engines cross-check before anything lands; and every count on this site reproduces from a hash-manifested ledger. The method page documents the whole chain.
Wave 0 is a seed, not a survey. These 34 works come from one QA-accepted evidence-mapping campaign on AI-native organizations (verified 2026-08-18). Wave 1 — ~886 paper identifiers harvested from eleven research campaigns, measured 2026-08-20 — is being resolved and curated now, and the whole-corpus citation graph arrives with it.
